NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

In case of a life-threatening emergency, please dial 999.

The building facilities comply with the Disability Discrimination Act.

If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help and ensure you get the same support in the future.

Non-urgent advice: Extended Access

Wherever possible, please contact us during opening hours. This is the only time when any health staff has access to your GP medical records. The practice does not provide any out of hours care (nights, weekends and bank holidays) but other services are available.

Contact the Practice

Please do not use this service for any urgent medical queries as this service is only monitored during practice working hours.

Your question will be passed to an appropriate member of staff for a response. We aim to respond to all questions within two working days.
