Triage forms are not working and phone lines have some issues today (22/04/2025)

Accurx Triage forms are working now but running slow. Phone lines issues are resolved too. Thanks for your patience.

Accurx triage forms are not working today. Please call Parkside if you need to contact for your medical queries. Please call after 11 am for your admin queries/results. Phone lines are having intermittent errors too so your calls may drop from the queue. Apologies for the inconvenience.
We have contacted the provider to fix the problem and the following response is received.
“We’re receiving reports of issues with Accurx at the moment. Our engineering team is investigating urgently and we hope this should be resolved soon.

Please keep checking our status page for the most up-to-date information on our service status, and to find out when we’re back up and running again. Apologies again for the inconvenience and thank you for bearing with us”
